01What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember your session between visits — for example keeping you signed in, or measuring which pages are visited. Similar technologies such as local storage are covered by this policy too.

02Cookies we use

Essential cookies. These keep you signed in and keep your workspace secure. They are set when you authenticate and are required for the service to function; they cannot be switched off from within the product.

Preference cookies. These remember choices such as interface settings. They are optional.

Analytics cookies. When analytics is enabled, these help us understand which tools and pages are used so we can improve the product. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Vercel Analytics load only after you accept optional analytics. We configure product events not to include prompts, email addresses, account identifiers or image URLs.

03Third-party cookies

Our identity provider sets a session cookie as part of signing in. When you accept optional analytics, Google, Microsoft Clarity and Vercel may set or read identifiers under their own policies. Advertising scripts are not currently enabled. Before advertising is enabled, it will be added to the consent controls and this policy.

04Managing cookies

Use the Cookie settings control in the site footer to accept, decline or revisit optional analytics. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies will sign you out and prevent the workspace from functioning; declining analytics only limits measurement.

We honour Global Privacy Control and the browser Do Not Track signal when no prior choice has been stored: optional analytics remain disabled. You can still open Cookie settings to make an explicit choice.

05Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our cookie usage changes; material changes are announced here with a new “Last updated” date. Questions? Email privacy@picvant.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
