01Scope
This policy applies to every prompt and generated result used with Picvant. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and consent needed for the prompts and reference images you submit and how you use the output.
Prompts are screened before image generation, and reference images are also subject to provider safety checks. A request may be blocked even when the requested content is lawful if it creates safety, consent, payment-network or abuse risk.
02Sexual and exploitative content
You may not request, create or distribute:
- pornographic, sexually explicit, fetish or sexually suggestive content
- non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualized depictions of a real person
- any sexualization, exploitation or nudity involving a minor, a person presented as a minor, or a person whose age is ambiguous
- content that facilitates sexual services, exploitation, grooming or trafficking
03Real people, identity and consent
You may not use the service to:
- create a face swap, deceptive deepfake or intimate manipulation of a real person
- impersonate someone or falsely suggest their endorsement, conduct or statements
- defame, harass, blackmail, exploit or invade the privacy of another person
- create misleading identity documents, evidence or material intended to commit fraud
Clearly disclosed, consented creative work may still be restricted when it poses a safety or deception risk.
04Violence, hatred and abuse
Do not create content that promotes or meaningfully facilitates terrorism, violent extremism, credible threats, graphic violence, self-harm, bullying, targeted harassment or hatred against protected groups. Educational or documentary context does not guarantee that a prompt will be accepted.
05Law, privacy and intellectual property
Do not submit content that is illegal, infringes copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights, exposes personal or confidential information, or facilitates fraud, malware, regulated wrongdoing or other unlawful activity. You must have permission to use every prompt and generated result.
06Platform and safety integrity
You may not bypass moderation, rate limits, authentication, credit accounting or access controls; automate abusive generation; probe private infrastructure; resell access without permission; or use prompt obfuscation to evade this policy.
07Enforcement and reporting
We may block a request, remove content, limit features, suspend an account or terminate access when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. We may preserve and disclose records where required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.
Report abuse to support@picvant.com. For related terms, read our Terms of Service.
